A leading social care provider in Greater London seeks compassionate individuals to join as Complex Needs Practitioners Level 1. This full-time role requires assisting individuals with disabilities in daily activities, providing medication support, and engaging in hobbies. No prior experience in care is needed, focus on values and transferable skills.
Ability to get to the service for early shifts at 7am.
Willingness to participate in evening, weekend, and nightshift work.
