This full-time, permanent position requires managing a caseload of up to 35 learners and ensuring compliance with documentation for funding. Candidates must have a Level 3 qualification in Early Years and previous experience in delivering Apprenticeships up to Level 3. The role is home-based with learner visits and occasional travel to the head office. Salary ranges from £30,000 to £38,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
• Assessor qualification required.

• Occupational competency within an Early Years setting.
• Minimum of grade C in Maths and English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Early Years Apprenticeships Standards from Levels 2-3.
• Manage a caseload of up to 35 learners.
• Ensure learners documentation is compliant and completed.
• Attend regular meetings with the quality team.
• Travel up to 2 hours from their location.
