What you will do:

• Facilitate patient flow and timely discharges, ensuring smooth transitions for patients leaving the hospital.
• Manage a complex caseload independently, supporting patients' recovery and discharge plans.
• Adopt a strength-based approach, helping patients reach their rehabilitation goals.
• Supervise and train Band 5 Occupational Therapists, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
• Collaborate during board rounds and conduct Mental Capacity assessments effectively.
