Are you a technology leader with a passion for delivering impactful change? At Fletchers Solicitors, we are seeking a Head of Technical Projects to drive the successful technical delivery of high-profile M&A integrations and key technology initiatives.
This hands-on senior position demands deep expertise in infrastructure and Microsoft Azure, coupled with a solid understanding of development practices. You will take ownership of end-to-end solution delivery, shaping technical execution while coordinating cross-functional virtual teams of developers, infrastructure specialists, and support engineers.
Although this role carries the title of Head of, it is not a traditional line management position. Instead, you will provide technical leadership without boundaries, forming and guiding collaborative delivery teams to achieve outcomes. Working in close partnership with business Project Managers and Business Analysts, you will ensure technology change is executed seamlessly, reliably, and with measurable business impact.
