This is a home-based role with the flexibility to work from offices located across the UK.
Salary package on offer for the role of Financial Advisor:
- £100,000 – £200,000 OTE (based on lead conversion and self-generated business)
- Admin/ Paraplanning support
- Access to their Office
- Marketing team providing leads
Financial Advisor requirements:
- Diploma-qualified (Level 4 or equivalent in financial advice)
- Full UK driving licence
- Existing client bank (additional leads also provided)
- Self-Sufficient
- Ethical and client-focused mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Key responsibilities of the Financial Advisor:
- Delivering holistic financial advice tailored to individual client needs
- Building and maintaining long-term, trusted client relationships
- Promoting a wide range of financial products and services
- Managing and growing your client portfolio with full back-office and compliance support
