- Managing a caseload of probate matters, including taxable estates
- Supporting the team with a short-term influx of work
- Drafting wills, LPAs and related private client documentation
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
- Liaising with HMRC, financial institutions and third parties
- Working independently and remotely with minimal supervision
- Potentially supporting with wider private client work as needed
- A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years' experience in private client law
- Confident handling probate matters, including taxable estates
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Able to manage their time effectively across full or part-time hours
- Available to start at short notice
- £50-60 per hour DOE
- Fully remote working with flexible part-time or full-time hours
- Immediate start with a highly respected law firm
