Remote Occupational Health Advisor - Flexible, Case-Managed
Job summary
A respected healthcare recruitment consultancy is seeking a Home-Based Occupational Health Advisor to join their team. This role involves delivering high-quality clinical services and case management to a valued client base. Ideal candidates have experience in occupational health, possess active NMC registration, and demonstrate strong communication skills. Flexible work hours of a minimum of three days per week are offered, as well as a competitive salary and generous benefits package including a pension scheme and annual leave.

- Previous experience working as an Occupational Health Advisor.
- NMC registration must be active.
- Strong attention to detail in written communication.
- Clear understanding of confidentiality and data protection requirements.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 20–45 minute telephone-based case management appointments.
- Provide evidence-based written reports with return-to-work advice.
- Coach line managers on effective referrals and attendance management.
- Support the triage function within the clinical team.
- Deliver expert occupational health advice according to legislation.
