Job summary

A respected healthcare recruitment consultancy is seeking a Home-Based Occupational Health Advisor to join their team. This role involves delivering high-quality clinical services and case management to a valued client base. Ideal candidates have experience in occupational health, possess active NMC registration, and demonstrate strong communication skills. Qualifications

  • Previous experience working as an Occupational Health Advisor.
  • NMC registration must be active.
  • Strong attention to detail in written communication.
  • Clear understanding of confidentiality and data protection requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver 20–45 minute telephone-based case management appointments.
  • Provide evidence-based written reports with return-to-work advice.
  • Coach line managers on effective referrals and attendance management.
  • Support the triage function within the clinical team.
  • Deliver expert occupational health advice according to legislation.
