An excellent opportunity has arisen for a committed and versatile Secondary Supply Teacher to work across a range of schools throughout Gloucestershire. As a Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring continuity of education in the absence of the regular class teacher. You will deliver pre-prepared lessons, manage behaviour effectively, and ensure that all pupils are engaged and supported throughout their learning.

This position requires flexibility, professionalism, and confidence across different subjects and age groups. A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and inspiring young learners is essential.

• Deliver pre-set lessons in line with the school's curriculum.
• Manage classroom dynamics and foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
• Adapt teaching styles to meet the needs of varied student groups.
• Provide constructive feedback and maintain clear communication with school staff.
• Ensure all safeguarding, health, and safety policies are followed.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification recognised in the UK.
• Experience teaching within a secondary school environment.
• Strong classroom management skills and a calm, confident approach.
• Flexibility and the ability to work across multiple schools and subjects.
• A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
• Availability for immediate start and commitment to a full-time schedule (Monday to Friday).
