Hours: Monday to Friday 8:15am - 16:45pm

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment agency, are currently recruiting for a hands‑on warehouse professional looking to step into a leadership role.

We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant Manager to support the day‑to‑day running of a busy, multi‑site operation distributing worldwide.

The role:
  • Working closely with Warehouse Manager to oversee stock control, store replenishment and online order fulfillment across three Gloucester sites
  • Overseeing stock movement, order picking and packing processes
  • Using ERP system to manage inventory and performance data
  • Monitoring KPI's and maintaining SOP compliance
  • Supervising and supporting team members
  • Upholding quality control standards across all sites
  • Safely operating warehouse machinery when required
About you:
  • Experience in warehouse or stock management
  • Confident using ERP and pick/pack systems
  • Competent with Microsoft Office
  • Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Able to work independently and adapt between sites
