A healthcare organization in the UK is looking for a customer support role focused on IT services. Responsibilities include managing an e-learning platform, supporting operational teams, and providing assistance for digital inquiries. Ideal for those with experience in digital platforms and strong communication skills. On-site support may be required.
Formación
- Experience with digital platforms, particularly e-learning.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with users and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage diaries and organize sessions effectively.
Responsabilidades
- Liaise with the University of Gloucestershire on the e-learning platform.
- Support operational teams in increasing digital e-learning usage.
- Manage diary for the Digital Instructor Team.
To ensure the provision of high-quality customer focused support to all staff in relation to the services provided by Information Technology.
- Liaise with third party (University of Gloucestershire) in the management of e-learning platform
- Support operational teams by growing the use of digital e-learning platform for patients
- Keeping on top of digital enquires and requests for guidance via various communication methods.
- Diary Organisation for the Digital Instructor Team
- Promotional work - administration
- Project work support
- Compiling weekly/ monthly/ Yearly update content to share with the wider IT Team
- Minutes of sessions/ follow up correspondence
- IT Knowledge base content/ checks
- MS Forms Feedback forms
- Liaise with users to arrange support sessions for Digital Instructors
- Send relevant follow up guidance
- Phone cover for Digital general queries
- Typing up of documentation and notes where required
- IT Service Desk support (where required)
- On-site support (where required)
- System management e.g., Moodle
- Support the creation of e-Learning content
