Job Title: Sales Manager

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 Basic, Plus Uncapped Commission (OTE £70k-£75k), Company Car, Phone, Laptop, Company Pension Scheme, 26 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, Life Assurance, Full Product Training.
- Manage, retain, and develop relationships with a new and existing customer base
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling, site visits, and strategic outreach.
- Deliver high levels of customer service on behalf of the company, ensuring customer satisfaction is always achieved
- Present and promote the full range of products and services on offer tailored to the clients needs
- Attend trade shows, industry events, monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
- Previous experience in a Capital Equipment Sales role across the Construction Equipment Markets (Willing to consider anyone from a Construction Plant, Powered Access, Crane, Material Handling, or Agricultural background).
- Happy to travel as the role will be UK wide
- Hold a UK driving licence
