Tax Partner — High Net Worth Taxation

A respected and growth-focused CPA and advisory firm is seeking a Tax Partner to help lead its well-established Family Executive, Entrepreneur Advisory Services (FEAS) practice. What You’ll Do:

• Lead and review complex individual, trust, estate, and gift tax engagements.
• Serve as the primary advisor to multigenerational families, entrepreneurs, and executives.
• Provide proactive tax planning and identify sophisticated wealth strategies.
• Mentor and guide team members, delivering feedback and supporting professional development.
• Participate in strategic initiatives including recruiting, training, and selective business development.

What You Bring:

• CPA license in current state of residence.
• 10 years of experience advising high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Deep knowledge of trust and estate structures, family governance, and charitable planning.
• Strong interpersonal and advisory skills with the ability to build trusted long-term client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required (Master’s preferred).
