WRK digital are delighted to be shortlisting for a talented mid-level developer to join a small, agile team working on a cutting-edge platforms that are transforming the PropTech space . You’ll help shape and deliver the technical roadmap, scale existing infrastructure, and drive innovation across their product offering.
? What You’ll Do
- Build new features and improvements using Node.js, MongoDB, and React.
- Contribute to architectural decisions to ensure scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with our lead developer and product team to deliver sprint objectives.
- Uphold best practices in code quality, including unit testing and code reviews.
- Take part in mentoring junior developers as the team expands.
? What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience scaling applications and working with cloud infrastructure using AWS.
- Strong understanding of web application architecture and modern design patterns (e.g. SOLID principles).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, functional programming.
- Comfortable working in a Scrum-based environment with continuous integration and deployment.
- A starting salary of £45,000 salary based on experience
- Unlimited annual leave (subject to business needs)
- Fully remote with optional office presence in Leeds/Yorkshire
- Flexible hours and open feedback culture
