Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum + £5,000 Car Allowance

Location: Remote with Travel

• Support during assessment, transition, and move-in of supported individuals in collaboration with the operations and referrals team.
• Assist the operations team in developing high-quality support plans.
• Provide hands-on support during crises.
• Train support teams on PBS, PCAS, and reducing Restrictive Practices.
• Conduct functional assessments and implement intervention strategies based on PBS principles.
• Lead and develop initiatives for care practice improvement.

To succeed, you should:

• Have a degree or equivalent with extensive experience in PBS application.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be willing and able to travel and work in services 4 days per week.
• Be skilled in creative, person-centered approaches.
• Be able to explain, develop, and follow policies and protocols.
