• Major loss adjusting practice seeks to expand its Property Division through the appointment of 2-3 additional adjusters in the South East living anywhere within the Home Counties regions.
• The positions are home-based and you will handle domestic and commercial losses up to £100,000 in value.
• You will be given autonomy to handle those losses as you see fit supported by an excellent desk-based team.
• Your caseload will be no more than 60-70 losses thus enabling you to handle your portfolio in a thoroughly professional manner in a relatively pressure-free environment.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years in a general property adjusting role, either domestic or commercial, but you should be happy handling a mixed caseload.
• Experience is more important than formal qualifications, but progress with CII/CILA would be preferred and will be rewarded accordingly through salary.
• You can live anywhere within the broader London and South East area as the positions are home-based, but you must be prepared to travel accordingly.

Basic salary budget up to £55-65,000 plus bonus, car, pension and 25 days holiday.
