Sales Account Manager – RTC Couplings
UK & Ireland

We’re looking for a driven Sales Account Manager to help expand our RTC couplings business across the UK and Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to grow sales not only within the plastics sector but across a wide range of industries including aerospace, automotive, automation, rail, motorsport, and general engineering.

• Winning new business and hitting sales targets.
• Managing and growing existing customer accounts.
• Building strong relationships and understanding customer projects.
• Providing tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
• Working closely with colleagues to deliver a high-quality service.

• Coupling industry experience preferred (or strong transferable sales experience in technical/engineering products)
• Proven experience in B2B sales or account management.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer focus.
• Great communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• A self-starter who enjoys building long-term partnerships.
