About The Role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will act as a strategic partner & advisor to hiring leaders, engaging top talent to Camunda and owning the full cycle recruitment process. They will be responsible for driving new processes across TA, collaborating with other team members on initiatives and spearheading the implementation of enhancements to how we operate as a full service TA model. This role will directly impact hiring across the organization, partnering with both technical (Engineering/Products) and corporate (G&A, Sales, Marketing) departments to help us meet our company-wide objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Produce results in alignment with Camunda’s headcount plan and business objectives in terms of company growth and scaling our teams globally
  • Act as a strategic partner responsible for hiring needs across a variety of departments, including technical (Product, Engineering) and corporate business functions
  • Create an inclusive and accessible world-class hiring and candidate experience.
  • Track and analyze metrics and report on hiring progress to business leadership on a regular cadence
  • Continuously and proactively improve and initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing talent acquisition strategy
  • Source and identify untapped talent markets and expertise for Camunda
  • Working closely with other members of the Talent Acquisition and People team on strategic projects and initiatives

What You Bring

  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
  • 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment at a tech start-up or high-scaling start-up working on global hiring
  • A strong mix of experience in sourcing, attracting and selecting talent for both technical (e.g., Engineering, Product) and corporate (e.g., G&A, Marketing, Sales) departments
  • Exceptional track record of results and moving at a pace to meet the company scaling needs, this includes a solutions-driven and growth mind-set
  • Ability to work with large volume applications to improve and ensure high quality in alignment to the role and a diverse hiring pipeline
  • Clear understanding of a world-class candidate experience and inclusive hiring practices

Experience in working and optimising recruiting systems and adopting new tools/technologies

Compensation

What We Have to Offer:

We offer competitive, fair, and transparent compensation. Salary ranges are location-based, with Standard and Major markets (global tech hubs) reflecting local competition.

The Annual Total Target Cash (base salary + 100% variable target, where applicable) shown below spans from the minimum in a Standard market to the maximum in a Major market. Final offers depend on skills, experience, and location, and we typically hire in the first half of the range to allow room for growth:

  • United States: $121,100 to $199,800
  • Germany: €78,300 to €129,400
  • United Kingdom: £76,100 to £125,100
  • Singapore: S$150,400 to S$225,600

If you’re based elsewhere, you’ll be hired via Remote.com (our global employer partner), and your Talent Acquisition Partner will provide a personalized Total Rewards Calculator after your first interview.

Equity: We also offer equity (where applicable) through our Virtual Stock Option Plan (VSOP).
