What The Vice President, Global People Partners Does

As a key member of the Senior HR leadership team, the VP, Global People Partners provides strategic human resources leadership to shape the People Strategy and leads the HR Business Partners and Regional Partners to deliver on strategic initiatives aligned with Worldwide’s business objectives and operationalize in HR Business Partnership to the business. The role actively guides the business leadership team, develops the human resources foundation of the company and executes corporate human resources strategies globally such as talent management and leadership development.

What You Will Do
  • Evaluate, develop, implement and direct world class global human resource policies, strategies and initiatives that enable the organizational talent to achieve targeted business results relevant to the team within the context of overall company goals
  • Participate with leadership teams in the development of company objectives and budgets to ensure effective strategy within company goals
  • Anticipate, identify and manage root causes of significant and complex people attraction and retention issues and advise senior leadership on their resolution
  • Serve as key partner to the Senior Leadership team on talent management planning relative to organizational objectives and issues. This includes: recruitment, employee relations, training, organizational development, compensation, benefits and other HR related issues
  • Lead and advise on complex change management for organizational change projects
  • Assure that international human resource policies and practices are consistent and in compliance with appropriate legal and regulatory requirements. Oversee the process and resolution for employee relation issues, investigation of complaints through informal reporting channels or the company’s ethics hotline
  • Supervises and mentors a global team of People Partners. Leverage country knowledge of Regional Partners and business strategy insights of the HRBPs to shape the organizational design and the capabilities
  • Serve as Deputy to the Chief People Officer as needed
What You Will Bring To The Role
  • Knowledge and leadership across the HR function including recruitment, employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training and development, HRIS and compliance/legal issues in an international context
  • Proven success in directly leading domestic and international business unit HR initiatives
  • Excellent organizational, tracking and reporting skills
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
Your Experience
  • Preferred Masters Degree in Human Resources, MBA or other advanced degree or equivalent
  • 15+ years’ experience in HR with a solid progression in leadership positions
  • 5+ years leading an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist team
  • 3+ years international HR experience
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing best practices
