A customer service solutions company is seeking a proactive individual for a sales support role. This position involves lead generation, customer contact, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be organised. Experience in sales support or customer service is beneficial but not essential. The role is home-based in South Yorkshire offering part-time hours.
Formación
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Support the sales function through lead generation.
- Contact customers on behalf of clients and promote services.
- Provide administrative support to clients and directors.
Conocimientos
Home-Based / South Yorkshire
Hours: 20 hours per week over 5 days.
Salary: £25,350 to £26,350 FTE
In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the sales function by:
- Carrying out lead generation activity to help grow our customer base as well as that of our clients
- Contacting customers on behalf of our clients and promoting their services in a professional manner
- Providing administrative support to both our clients and the directors.
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage tasks independently
- Comfortable with outbound customer contact and building positive relationships
- Previous experience in sales support, telesales, customer service, or admin would be an advantage but not essential
