EMEA Payroll & EOR Senior Account Exec – Remote
Job summary
A global payroll and EOR service provider based in the UK is seeking a driven Senior Account Executive to join their EMEA sales team. This remote role focuses on revenue-generating activities in the payroll and Employer of Record sector. Candidates should have extensive B2B sales experience with a track record in achieving targets, effective communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Competitive salary of £100-120K with substantial OTE is offered.
Qualifications
- Extensive B2B sales experience in the territory markets.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in Global Expansion, Payroll, or EOR services.
- Strong familiarity with CRM software and relevant communication tools.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll and EOR sales targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
