A leading corporate insurance firm is seeking a Corporate Client Director to enhance client relationships and drive business growth in the UK. You will work as part of our Corporate Client Relationship Team, reporting to the Head of Corporate, focusing on managing and developing client relationships and developing new business in the UK.
Working with clients, brokers, insurers and colleagues you will develop new opportunities and manage key relationships. Promoting Sedgwick to the wider market and building new relationships are a key part of the role.
This role involves leading client account management and driving new business development through tenders, presentations, and contract negotiations. You’ll play a key part in promoting Sedgwick within the UK corporate insurance sector, protecting revenue, and increasing client retention. A strong focus will be placed on identifying cross-selling opportunities, enhancing client lifetime value, and turning relationships into strategic assets. You’ll also manage pipeline activity via CRM tools and contribute to the evolution of Sedgwick’s service proposition.
