Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for a Growth Marketing Manager. Job Description The Growth Marketing Manager is a proactive, hands-on operator accountable for accelerating acquisition and conversion through paid and organic channels in a shared services construct. With a primary emphasis on paid media and performance optimization, this role also integrates organic levers to deliver a full-funnel growth framework. The Growth Marketing Manager executes and optimizes campaigns, drives experimentation, and surfaces decision-grade insights that scale patient recruitment and applicant flow specifically. This role coordinates cross-functionally to deliver to target KPIs, budget guardrails, and quarterly OKRs.
