Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credentials (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum of 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, along with an active PTIN.
• Passion for helping clients navigate taxation complexities and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Excellent customer service skills and comfort interacting via video and audio tools professionally and confidently.

Requirements:

• Internet connection meeting security criteria.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week across three or more days.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with tax filing using TurboTax products, providing advice, full-service return preparation, calculations, and product inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• Interact with customers via video communication software and document interactions accurately.
