A specialist housing provider in London seeks an experienced Surveyor to handle compliance and asset management activities across South England. This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive salary up to £40k plus car allowance, with responsibilities including managing projects, conducting surveys, and ensuring safety compliance. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Surveyor to join a specialist housing provider who operate across the South of England. This role offers the chance to make a genuine difference by ensuring homes are safe, compliant and well-maintained, while enjoying the variety and autonomy of a field-based role.
As a Surveyor, you’ll be responsible for a broad mix of surveying, compliance and asset management activities. No two days are the same. You could be completing a stock condition survey, carrying out a fire risk assessment, inspecting complex repairs or overseeing the delivery of major planned works projects. The role involves travel in the south London area, in addition to the South West of England. This role could be suited to someone with previous surveying experience, or alternatively may have been a Housing Officer, for example.
