About the Role

This is a strategic opportunity for an experienced Audit Manager to lead complex engagements, maintain quality assurance, and deliver exceptional client outcomes. You'll gain exposure to a wide variety of industries, work with smart people, and be empowered to influence the future of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee audit engagements ensuring compliance with professional standards.
  • Apply audit methodology to deliver quality and risk-conscious services.
  • Mentor and organise audit teams to optimise workflows and staff development.
  • Provide technically accurate audit opinions and clear communication to boards and clients.
  • Contribute to business development through commercial insights and quality tendering.
Who Are You / Profile
  • CA qualified (or equivalent) with 5 years' external audit experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards (IFRS, ISA, etc.).
  • Confident communicator with ability to explain complex audit issues clearly.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing teams and audit workflows.
  • Solid understanding of audit methodology, risk management, and ethics.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to challenge, probe and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Exposure to tendering processes and a forward-thinking client mindset.
