In this senior role, you will be responsible for engineering delivery, team mentorship, and driving metrics that impact product growth. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing people leadership with hands-on technical contributions. The company values performance, innovation, and offers remote working along with flexible hours.

We’re on a mission to redefine the creator economy by empowering creators to connect, share, and earn more efficiently.
We’re hiring an Engineering Manager to lead some of Fanvue’s most business-critical streams across Creator Earnings and Acquisition & Activation, while also championing engineering performance, stability, and delivery velocity.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who can operate as a player-coach. You’ll own outcomes across both external growth metrics and internal engineering excellence, building high-performing teams and mechanisms that scale with the business.
We know that diverse teams build better products. Even if you do not meet every single requirement, we encourage you to apply. Many great people grow into parts of a role, and we value potential just as much as experience.
