• Deliver high-quality remote training for DEA, RA, and RC qualifications.
• Support learners with guidance, assessment feedback, and mentoring throughout their course.
• Ensure all training is fully compliant with PAS 2035 and awarding body requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of retrofit training content.
• Stay up to date with energy efficiency standards, sustainability practices, and retrofit regulations.

• Qualification as a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA), Retrofit Assessor, or Retrofit Coordinator (Level 5).
• Strong understanding of retrofit standards, PAS 2035 compliance, and energy efficiency practices.
• Experience in training, teaching, or coaching (teaching qualification desirable).
• Confidence using digital learning platforms and online training tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
