A busy franchised dealership in Bedford is seeking experienced Vehicle Technicians at all skill levels to join their workshop team. This role offers a competitive salary between £31,000 and £36,000, with the opportunity for additional earnings through bonuses and overtime. Responsibilities include servicing, diagnostics, and repairs. Candidates should have a NVQ Level 3 and a minimum of 12 months experience. The position involves a 42-hour work week with no Saturday shifts.

Our client, a busy franchised dealership in Bedford, has the requirement for experienced Vehicle Technicians at all skill levels to join their established workshop team.

In return, our client is offering a competitive basic salary, uncapped bonus scheme, 42-hour working week, 4 or 5 day shift patterns available, no Saturdays, and a great benefits package.
As a Vehicle Technician, Service Technician, Diagnostic Technician, or Master Technician, or MOT Tester, your responsibilities will include:
- Routine Servicing, Repairs, and Health Checks to Manufacturer Standards
- Cam belt, Clutch, Gearbox & Engine Repairs/Replacements
- Electrical & Mechanical Diagnostics
- New Car PDI’s & Used Cars Multi Point Checks
- Warranty Repairs
- MOT Tests (if qualified to do so)
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of a NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or Equivalent
- 12 months post-apprenticeship experience as a Vehicle Technician
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own your own tools

- Franchised Dealer Vehicle Technician Experience

Basic Salaries of £31,000 - £36,000 DOE
On Target Earnings up to £50,000 DOE
