We are currently working with an exciting authority in the East of England where the corporate team involves work in court and permanance, LAC, Leaving Care and UASC. Within this role you will work closely with the Children in Care team to help understand and work with children & families on the best opportunities they can seek to have the best opportunity provided.
Within the role you will ensure meaningful engagement with children and young people to reach aspirations of adulthood and help with relationship based practice to help network on your strengths.
The ideal candidate will have confidence in implementing, reviewing and planning interventions for children and have permanence planning for Children In Care.
