A leading staffing and consulting firm is seeking a Senior Business Architect in Guam to align business strategy with technology capabilities. Eliassen Group is seeking a strategic and collaborative Senior Business Architect to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that align business strategy with technology capabilities. This role combines deep business architecture expertise with hands-on leadership in enterprise applications, including Salesforce, Salesforce AI Agents, and Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud Automation. The successful candidate will drive operational efficiency, innovation, and cross-functional alignment across Eliassen’s pillars.
Base Salary Range: $155,000 - $165,000
The base salary rate will be commensurate with previous experience and relevant skills and knowledge.
This position includes additional variable compensation in the form of an annual/quarterly bonus opportunity.
