Eliassen Group is seeking a strategic and collaborative Senior Business Architect to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that align business strategy with technology capabilities. This role combines deep business architecture expertise with hands-on leadership in enterprise applications, including Salesforce, Salesforce AI Agents, and Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud Automation. The successful candidate will drive operational efficiency, innovation, and cross-functional alignment across Eliassen’s pillars.

• Business architecture modeling and strategic planning
• Business process analysis, redesign, and optimization
• Salesforce platform configuration and AI Agent integration
• Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud automation and workflow design
• Enterprise data strategy and business intelligence alignment
• Technology solution evaluation and vendor collaboration
• Agile methodologies and organizational change management
• IT security and data privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA)

• Architect and execute enterprise business strategies aligned with Eliassen’s IT and operational goals
• Lead the configuration and optimization of Salesforce (including AI Agents) and Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud to support business outcomes
• Translating strategic objectives into actionable business and technology roadmaps
• Redesign business processes for scalability, efficiency, and strategic alignment
• Ensure technology platforms (Salesforce, Bullhorn, Kantata PSA) support business architecture goals
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure cross-functional alignment
• Develop change management frameworks to support adoption of new processes and technologies
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure success of business architecture initiatives
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and solution designs
• Ensure compliance with global data privacy and IT security standards

• Bachelor’s degree in business architecture, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in business architecture or enterprise strategy roles
• Experience in Talent Solutions (technology staffing), Professional Services, or Clinical Solutions preferred

• Proven success in aligning business architecture with enterprise application strategies
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce AI Agents and Bullhorn Automation
• Demonstrated leadership in change management and process transformation
• Ability to communicate complex business and technology concepts to diverse audiences

Base Salary Range: $155,000 - $165,000

The base salary rate will be commensurate with previous experience and relevant skills and knowledge.

This position includes additional variable compensation in the form of an annual/quarterly bonus opportunity.
