A regional healthcare provider in Torquay seeks a Reception and Clerical Support role. The candidate will be the first point of call for visitors and must maintain high standards of record-keeping and documentation. Responsibilities include providing reception services, liaising with team members, and ensuring information accuracy. The position offers access to paid leave and wellbeing resources.
You will provide reception and clerical support to George Earle. You will be the first point of call for many relatives visiting or calling and you will demonstrate Trust Values in all your interactions.
You will assist in ensuring the ward has stationery supplies and will maintain stock levels, ordering when needed. You will assist in ensuring a high standard of record keeping and ensure required documentation is sent to GPs and agencies who may require it, following GDPR rules.
Torbay Hospital provides easy access to beaches and the moors, providing countless activities for off-duty times. There are good transport links to the cities of Exeter and Plymouth as well as the more unique shopping towns of Totnes and Newton Abbot.
