Lead Nurse

Band 8a £62,681 - £67,164 per annum

Plus Distant Islands Allowance of £1,406 per annum

37 hours per week

We are pleased to be recruiting an experienced and pro-active leader to join our Senior team.

The post works across our hospital sites, community and clinical services and systems, and therein has a significant, leadership, development and delivery role.

If you can work across a variety of clinical departments and systems, giving direction and support, developing strong networks, teams and improvements for staff and patient experience and outcomes, this post represents that opportunity.

Problem anticipation and solution flows, an appetite for innovation and development, team building, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are key attributes
