This role is with a prominent organisation in the professional services sector, known for its commitment to excellence within the legal field. The company operates as a medium-sized entity with a strong presence in its sector, offering its team members opportunities to contribute to high-quality legal work.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and updating the team\'s know-how database and precedents
• Producing guidance notes and legal updates, particularly in development, housing, and public sector law
• Coordinating internal training and education programmes
• Supporting fee earners with legal research and compliance matters
• Assisting with government consultations and regulatory updates
• Collaborating with innovation, marketing, and bids teams on internal and client-facing materials
• Maintaining relationships with external bodies such as Land Registry and search providers

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 4 years\' PQE as a real estate lawyer
• Strong experience in residential development and housing law, including public sector governance
• Familiarity with automated precedents and emerging legal tech
• Prior PSL experience is preferred, but not essential
• Excellent communication, organisation, and mentoring skills
• A proactive, collaborative approach and ability to work independently

• A competitive salary of £90,000 to £130,000 per annum.
