Job Description

This interim position will involve advising on a broad range of private client matters, including:

  • Drafting wills and managing estate administration
  • Advising on inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning
  • Trust structuring and compliance
  • Powers of attorney and Court of Protection work
  • Cross-border estate issues and succession planning
  • You'll be working alongside experienced colleagues and supporting the team during a period of growth and increased client demand.
The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum 2-3 years PQE in private client law
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage a varied caseload
  • Experience with high-net-worth clients and complex estate matters
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to hit the ground running and work independently when needed
