How you'll play your part

We are offering an exciting opportunity to join us as a Process Improvement & Governance Support Industrial Placement, where you will play a key role in projects that ensure seamless and efficient processes.

Main Accountabilities
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather valuable insights and details, helping to create clear and comprehensive process maps and documentation.
  • Map and review business processes to identify opportunities for improvement, addressing gaps or inconsistencies that can streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Take detailed notes during key meetings, capturing important decisions and tracking action points, ensuring they are completed effectively and on time.
  • Support the development and maintenance of governance frameworks, contributing to the structure that drives operational excellence.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness, completing tasks with precision and adhering to deadlines, ensuring smooth workflow and high‑quality outcomes.
  • Drive innovation by identifying and contributing to process improvements, making a meaningful impact on the organisation's overall performance.
