Overview

In this role, you'll take ownership of Facilities Management services across Mercedes-Benz Head Office in Milton Keynes and our Brand Centre, Mercedes-Benz World in Weybridge, ensuring the delivery of best-value, high-performance operations.

Travel is a requirement for this role, along with a flexible approach to working patterns to support the needs of both locations.

What you'll do
  • Lead end-to-end FM operations across Mercedes-Benz UK Head Office and Mercedes-Benz World, delivering best-value performance.
  • Act as the FM subject matter expert, driving tenders, contracts, small work projects, supporting sustainability, and reporting. Collaborating with key stakeholders including intercompany tenants.
  • Lead in critical situations, managing emergencies, business continuity, and out-of-hours issues as part of the Emergency Committee supporting the Head of Corporate Real Estate.
  • Manage the third-party CRE Facilities & Site Services team, ensuring industry-leading service standards.
  • Own service performance and contracts, driving KPIs and challenging suppliers to meet Mercedes-Benz standards.
  • Support FM budget planning and management, delivering accurate forecasts, cost control, and clear financial reporting.

  • Relevant qualification or equivalent professional experience in FM.
  • Proven leader of internal and outsourced teams in a premium, customer-facing environment.
  • Strong capability in KPI delivery, contract, and tenant management.
  • Commercially minded, with experience in budget planning and accruals.
  • Calm under pressure, with effective crisis and risk management skills.
  • A decisive problem-solver with sound judgement.
  • Professional, conscientious, and credible, comfortable supporting high-profile brands.
  • IOSH Managing Safely as a minimum.
