We are working exclusively with a well‑established manufacturing organisation to appoint a Multi‑Skilled Engineer for a permanent position at a highly automated production site in the Newcastle area. This is a hands‑on engineering role supporting production lines and associated equipment with a strong focus on electrical and mechanical fault‑finding, reliability improvement and safety.
- Permanent role on a rotating 3‑shift pattern – 06:00‑14:00 | 14:00‑22:00 | 22:00‑06:00
- Electrical and mechanical maintenance on automated production equipment
- Involvement in CAPEX upgrades and continuous improvement
- Strong benefits package including enhanced pension, medical cover and attendance bonus
- Experienced Multi‑Skilled or Maintenance Engineer
- Electrical bias preferred
- Manufacturing or industrial background
- Confident fault‑finding and repair capability
- Engineering qualification essential
- £48,810 base salary
- Attendance bonus paid twice yearly
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
