Qualifications

- Provide dental care for up to 5000 UDAs per year.
- Perform cosmetic dentistry, general and restorative surgery.

Description:
Part-time/Full-time Performer Dentist required for 2-5 days per week in a busy, mixed practice near Lowestoft, Suffolk
- Up to 5000 UDAs
- £13-£14 per UDA depending on skillset and experience
- 50% split on Private & Labs
- 3 fully computerised surgeries
- Sponsorship available for 4-5 day roles
- Set in a beautiful converted house, located in a tree-lined residential road
- iTero Scanner, OPG, Digital X-rays
- Practice provides Cosmetic Dentistry, General and Restorative surgery.
- Support Team and Therapist on site
- Available from November/December, negotiable
Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
- IRMER
- PIN number
