Remuneration: Circa £100,000+

Description:

Part-time/Full-time Performer Dentist required for 4-5 days per week in a busy, mixed practice near Blandford Forum, Dorset.

1. Mon to Fri
2. Up to 7500 UDAs
3. £13-£14 per UDA depending on skillset and experience
4. GOLDEN HELLO of up to £20k available if f/t Performer Dentist, subject to terms
5. 50% split on Private & Labs
6. 4 Fully computerised surgeries
7. MUST BE A PERFORMER DENTIST
8. Ideally a Mentor (mentoring fees of £500 per month)
9. Full support team with Therapist & Hygienist
10. Digital X-rays
11. 90% NHS, most private is from NHS upgrades
12. Established, busy list of Patients
13. Denplan provided
14. Practice provides Oral Health to Enhancing Treatments
15. Reserved street parking and residential parking nearby
16. Available now, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements:

• Full NHS Performer Number
• Local Area Team confirmation
• GDC certificate
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
• Indemnity certificate
• Passport
• Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
• Degree certificate
• CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
• IRMER
• PIN number
