Talent Acquisition Specialist - Ipswich (12-Month FTC)

We're recruiting on behalf of a valued client for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team at a leading Research Centre based in Ipswich. What You'll Be Doing:

Drive Talent Strategy: Partner with key stakeholders to align recruitment plans with business needs.

Source Exceptional Candidates: Use headhunting, social media, and industry networks to connect with high-calibre professionals.

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring cycle including interviews, assessments, and reference checks.

Develop Creative Campaigns: Design innovative initiatives to attract and engage top talent.

Advise and Influence: Act as a trusted recruitment advisor to hiring managers, providing insights and market trends.

Build Brand Presence: Represent the business at events and across social platforms to enhance employer branding.

What We're Looking For:

Essential Skills:

Mandarin language skills (spoken) to support communication with a global talent pool.

Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in senior or technical hiring.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Desirable:

Previous experience recruiting within engineering or manufacturing industries.
