Job DescriptionExciting opportunity for an Engineering Recruitment Consultant – to set up new division.

Location: Maidstone, Kent (Hybrid – 3 office / 2 WFH)
Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 + 10% Flat Commission (No Threshold)
Start Date: ASAP

Our client is seeking a permanent recruitment specialist to drive growth in the booming Kent manufacturing and engineering market. What You'll Be Doing

• Building and developing a 360° permanent engineering recruitment desk




• Placing skilled technical professionals across the Kent region and beyond




• Developing new business in the manufacturing/engineering sectors




• Leveraging your network and market knowledge to create opportunities




• Working closely with a collaborative, experienced team – with future access to resourcing support

  10% commission from your first £1 – no threshold

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in engineering or technical recruitment essential




• Backgrounds in temp, perm, or dual desk considered




• A book of business or transferable clients is a strong advantage




• Stable employment history – we value consistency and professionalism




• Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented




• Based within commuting distance of Maidstone (or willing to travel)
