We’re seeking experienced and motivated MASH Social Workers to join a supportive and well‑structured team in South Wales.
- Triage and analyse referrals, applying thresholds to identify and respond swiftly to safeguarding concerns.
- Undertake timely decision‑making on cases, including S47 enquiries, ensuring risks are identified and managed effectively.
- Work closely with partner agencies – police, health, education and more – to gather and share intelligence for robust safeguarding decisions.
- Contribute to early intervention and risk reduction by ensuring that children and families receive the right support at the right time.
- Champion the voice of children and families, ensuring practice is centred on their needs and lived experiences.
