Job description
Position Overview

Trafford Elective Surgical Hub are currently looking to recruit a band 6 sister/charge nurse to our elective surgery ward. This exciting opportunity is open to band 5's that are aspiring to take the next step and learn new skills. Current band 6's and 7's are also welcome to apply to join our welcoming team and department.

We are a GIRFT surgical accredited hub.

We are looking for a suitably experienced nurse who is passionate about patient safety and the delivery of exceptional quality care to our elective surgical patients.

You will be an aspiring leader with the ability to adopt a highly accessible and visible approach for patients, relatives and colleagues. You will assist the department manager with the operational management for the team working within the department. You will have the ability to develop a culture of continuous improvement with a particular emphasis on the patient journey and clinical outcomes.
