We are accepting applications from candidates with previous experience in the Middle East for this exclusive vacancy as a Security Specialist Healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing security strategies across healthcare facilities.

This role requires expertise in healthcare regulations, security management, and risk analysis, with a focus on ensuring the safety of patients, staff, and visitors.

• Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive security plans for healthcare facilities.
• Lead the integration of security technologies, physical infrastructure, and human resources to ensure safety.
• Implement strategies to prevent security threats such as violence, theft, and workplace incidents.
• Collaborate with healthcare administrators, law enforcement, and emergency response teams to address safety concerns.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations related to patient privacy (HIPAA) and environmental safety.
• Assess and mitigate security risks through audits, drills, and staff training programs.
• Provide regular reports on security incidents, trends, and improvement recommendations to executive leadership.

• Previous experience in healthcare security management within the Middle East.
• Extensive experience in healthcare security, preferably in senior or executive roles.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, OSHA, and Joint Commission standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Security Management or a related field.
