A professional services firm in Worcester is seeking a Finance Manager (ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified) to oversee financial control and reporting. This hybrid position involves managing a team, leading financial statements preparation, and ensuring month-end accuracy. Ideal candidates will have 5-10 years of leadership experience and strong technical skills. A travel requirement to London is included in this role.

Our client in the professional services space is looking for a Finance Manager (Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience in Financial Control and Reporting. This position is based in Worcester, is hybrid and will require regular travel to London. The Finance Manager combines technical excellence with a proactive mindset to lead a team of Management Accountants. This role is ideal for someone who is resilient under pressure and passionate about driving improvement across financial processes. This role reports to the Director of Finance and will have a team of direct reports; previous team management is highly advantageous.
You will manage the month-end close, balance sheet integrity, and business partner with support cost centres to deliver meaningful insights. You’ll also lead the quarterly reporting and financial statement preparation for a major client, managing audit queries with confidence and precision.
