Job summary
A leading snacks manufacturer based in Hyde Ash is seeking an Employee Health & Wellbeing Advisor to deliver essential occupational health services and wellbeing initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with HR and senior leaders to provide expert advice, analyze data trends, and support employee wellbeing programs. The role requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to enhance workforce health. Qualifications
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMC Part 3 register as OH Advisor.
- Experience in occupational health within a fast-paced environment, ideally manufacturing.
- Ability to build relationships across functions effectively.
Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational health services including case management and wellbeing initiatives.
- Provide professional advice and solutions on EHW-related matters.
- Analyse data to develop health initiatives aligned with Government guidance.
