Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Employee Relations or HR role with complex casework.
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations issues.
  • Support and manage cases across the full ER spectrum.
  • Assist with Employment Tribunal activities, including conciliation.
  • Contribute to organisational change programmes.
  • Maintain and review HR policies in line with the law.

Education

CIPD qualification (or working towards)
