This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of an established group-level H&S function, operating across a diverse international portfolio that includes luxury hotels, travel experiences and destination-led operations.
The role will be headquartered in London, with responsibility for global standards, governance and leadership across multiple regions and regulatory environments.
This is not a maintenance role.
They’re seeking a credible, progressive H&S leader who can modernise and elevate the health and safety function — moving it from traditional compliance to a strategic, value-adding capability embedded within the business.
We are keen to speak with candidates who bring both technical credibility and emotional intelligence.
Experience within hospitality, tourism, travel, leisure, transport or guest-facing environments is highly advantageous, though not essential.
