Overview

As a senior sales manager and leader of the ISV sales organization, you will be responsible for exceeding revenue objectives, key performance goals, and developing your team. You will lead, collaborate, and inspire a group of account managers while focusing on revenue and market share growth with both new and existing AWS customers. You will interact with CxO-level leaders of leading software companies to develop pipeline, secure lighthouse wins, drive top-line revenue, and explore strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Define, lead, and execute a strategy that differentiates AWS ISV in the market, delights our customers, and delivers results.
  • Collaborate and build a cohesive team culture with multiple supporting teams.
  • Implement sales programs that drive results against key strategic objectives.
  • Maintain a bar-raising performance sales culture within AWS that focuses on developing our people, delighting customers, and delivering results.
  • Be operationally excellent by presenting accurate organizational forecasts and writing clear, succinct, and compelling business reviews describing district sales initiatives, market insights, key wins, losses, and competitive insights.
Qualifications
  • Experience in sales management.
  • Experience in a people‑management or leadership role which includes coaching and developing others.
  • Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non‑technical audiences, including senior leadership.
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Strong technology‑related sales or sales engineering experience.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets through a team of direct‑report sales account managers, MBA or MS degree.
  • Experience working with partners or sales for ISVs.
  • Experience managing teams selling SaaS solutions.
  • Experience and in‑depth knowledge of UKI.
